• I was skeptical before coming to get cryotherapy. Once I stepped in, completed a cold two minutes of treatment and stepped out - it was all worth it. The rush you feel afterwards gives you that immediate results feeling that most people enjoy. However 24 hours and a hard chest workout later I can say my body feels loose, I have no back pain, and I slept deeper than I ever have. I will be back for more, and highly recommend this to everyone - Lindsay Poling
