It was my first experience with Pilates. While it kicked my butt it was fantastic. Joey was amazing. His energy, attentiveness to us newbies and his overall energy made the class worth it. I live in STL, which means I will not be Beach for quite some time. However due to my experience I have scheduled a class in my area. Hopefully it is as good as what inexperienced with Joey, at Peak45. Thank you for sparking a moment in myself and others! KP
