Very welcoming environment! Really enjoyed the class/music as well
Welcoming atmosphere and instructors combined with a great workout!
I have had a great experience so far at Peak 45! The instructors are very helpful with new students, and have been able to accommodate me while still running the rest of the class even though I have no prior experience with Pilates.
