It was my first class there. Sarurday - "all levels" The instructor was wonderful... I really like when an instructor demonstrates all the way through the class - it lets me get out of my head when I can just open an eyeball to see approximately where the class is at. I also like to see demonstrations from instructors as it demonstrates what I may strive to achieve eventually. Thanks!
