I have already recommended to a couple of people! Being athletic but new to yoga, I loved the use of basic poses but with a consistent flow. I really felt like I had completed a great workout when the class was over. Also Ilona did a wonderful job of instructing as well as correcting individual's pose. I will be back@

The facility was clean and well apportioned and the instructor was pleasant, knowledgeable, and didn't talk incessantly, which all too many yoga instructors seem inclined to do. Thanks for asking.
