Love that it is a small group, it was a tough class and I am sore today! Only thing to add with a small class is that it would be great if the instructors could adjust positions and walk around to check you are doing the exercise correctly and help adjust if needed. I never know if my form is right

Lovely, welcoming environment. Loved the class - difficult but not completely impossible. I've found some Pilates studios to not be very welcoming but this studio was so encouraging.
