Instructor (Poppy) was welcoming, inclusive and supportive (I am nearly 60 so this is important). Class was great (I have a long way to go as just returning to Pilates after years of not doing it). Small class. Lovely atmosphere.💁‍♀️

The teachers, the length of lessons, the space, the comfort. The understanding when I'm not up to it! I hate exercise but you guys make it enjoyable! I just wish there were more basic classes - you're v often booked out.
