Lizzie is honestly one of the best. The class was extremely tough and I felt so sore the next day, but in the best way possible! I always feel like I am in amazing hands with Lizzie and she is a ray of sunshine ❤️

Instructor (Poppy) was welcoming, inclusive and supportive (I am nearly 60 so this is important). Class was great (I have a long way to go as just returning to Pilates after years of not doing it). Small class. Lovely atmosphere.💁‍♀️
