I love Jaimie's classes. It's just a shame she is teaching on Tuesdays only
I just started doing Pilates and absolutely love the classes at peaches. They're challenging in the best way possible and at the same time the instructors create such a safe fun environment and encourage everyone to take things at their own pace and listen to their body.
The class started off as normal and then boom, 60 seconds in everyone is shaking realising this isn't the class they were anticipating. I now walk like a giraffe who's just been born trying to get onto its feet for the first time. But even my ass has a 6 pack after that class so we all G
