Good hard classes, good instructors. Not too bad parking/access or easy by bus
Wonferfully welcoming and enthusiastic pace. I don't live in the area, but made my way over specifically for the lymphatic workshop, and was not disappointed
Reece is the best. His classes are a great work out, really well thought out and love his energy
