Angela Dawn Helmig is a Board Certified Massage Therapist and a professional practitioner of integrated healing. She performs relaxation and healing massage therapy, along with other client-specific services. Angela Dawn Helmig has over twenty years experience in the healing, health, and beauty industries. Helmig graduated from Cayce-Reilly school of Massotherapy in Virginia Beach, Virginia in 2001. She has over fifty hours of Ayurvedic training from Melanie and Robert Sachs, in San Louis Obispo, California. Angela offers a wide array of services. She is also a third-generation barber licensed in Oklahoma. She has earned more than 150-hours of post-graduate training at the Dermal Institute of Northern Virginia. Angela has a holistic integrated approach to healing, bringing all of her knowledge and experience to the table to work with each client on an individual needs level. She studies and practices conscious dance and movement arts. Angela believes, based upon her own journey, that healing starts from the inside and works it way out. Everything that show up outwardly is manifested from an internal component.
