• My session was with Barbara and it was my first experience with her as a massage therapist. She was very warm in her introduction and I immediately felt at ease. We talked for a while before the session so she could find out what my expectations were and if there were any specific areas that needed attention. She also offered some suggestions as to what might be beneficial. The one hour session itself was wonderful. Throughout she was engaged with me to be sure the pressures and the movements were comfortable and they were not causing pain. After the session we talked a bit more and she offered suggestions as to what I could do at home to help myself with the areas that needed attention. It was an excellent session therapeutically as well as informative in terms of what Barbara shared with me for maintaining and improving body health.
