• My visit with Adrian exceeded my expectations on all accounts. He listens very well and pays attention to what my body is saying. He helps me focus on my breathing and works with a number system to pinpoint knots. Adrian was the first tharipst to actually get rid of the knots in my shoulders that have been there for 10 years!! When I came into my appointment my shoulders felt very tough, after leaving my upper body feels like butter! My shoulders have not felt this good in over 10 years!!! I’m beyond satisfied!
