• The first thing that impressed me was that you got my name right! That rarely happens -- everyone always wants to shorten it to 'Mary'. Second, I have never had a massage therapist take so much time to discuss what I wanted/needed/hoped to get out of the session! And finally, it was a 75 minute session that was actually 75 minutes.
