• Maura was pleasant and helpful upon my arrival (this was my first visit to Peace, Love, and Zen). Joe was quite knowledgeable and addressed my issues through his bodywork session quite effectively. The IR sauna session could have had a better orientation; I was unaware there was media playing until I entered the sauna, and I would have preferred a different radio station or my own aux feed, but ultimately just turned the volume down real low. As a first time guest, I would have appreciated a "tour" of the services that are offered. Obviously your website details them, but I would have liked to have seen some of the features and offerings, as that would have made me more likely to return to experience them. I see it as a missed opportunity.

• Because my massage therapist did an excellent job and I left feeling refreshed. She also helped to relieve stress and pain. The only thing that wasn't so pleasant was that the people I was in the Salt cave with talked the entire time. I thought that was very rude but I know it's not your fault.
