The flow was different and interesting, the instructor cued the breathing with each movement, and it was hot, but not so hot that I felt like I was suffocating. I also really love when instructors tell you the name of the posture you're moving into before rattling off a bunch of cues. Sometimes I get confused by their cues and that takes me out of that meditative state.
