• Great place, my massage with Rose was absolutely amazing and I've previously gotten a facial there as well which was great with no pressure and I love every part. The only reason it's not a 10 is because of the lack of a front desk receptionist which results in calls not being answered which I tried calling twice prior to my appointment as well as people not being able to come in off the street or call to make an appointment and all has to be done online which is difficult when you want to do a couples massage because that can't be booked online. Otherwise the services are wonderful and definitely get a 10/10.

• Honestly, the main reason I gave my experience a high score is because the lady that works up front (Christian or Kristin?) made it right. My actual massage was an 80 minute one but it only lasted 65 minutes and although it was wonderful, I was definitely disappointed it was shorter than what I paid for. When I called back the next day to tell them about my experience she made it right by offering me another 80 minute massage for free! I will definitely be back!
