• Summer M is the best massage therapist in Chicago! She always takes time to find out if there are any areas of concern and you can tell that she truly cares about each of her clients. Pause has also done a great job with safety precautions during COVID. I'm 28 weeks pregnant and still feel safe going to get my massages because I know the entire staff, from the front office to the massage therapists, are following safety guidelines.

• Shayna, my massage therapist, was wonderful. She was attentive to my needs and ensured that I was comfortable. The front desk receptionist was also very kind and pleasant--you can tell a great deal about a place by the interactions you have when you walk through the door. The environment in general is warm and cozy which was an added bonus. An all around great experience and I cannot wait to come back again soon!
