  • I would have given a 10 if you had let me know the new mask policy (no mask if you can prove vaccination) *before* I arrived. I confirmed via text or internet and never got the message. That said, Silvannah is incredible and the front desk lady (can't recall her name right now, sorry - she works River North Monday and Friday) was very kind, accommodating, and apologetic. She did the absolute best she could with the situation; she's a real class act. Thanks!
