  • The staff were so friendly and welcoming. They took off money from the total bill since we were a few minutes late and didn't get the entire 50 minute massage, which I thought was incredibly kind. It was my first massage and I didn't feel uncomfortable or anxious at all because my masseuse was so professional and kind. If I ever want another massage, I'm going to back to Pause!
