We love Pat the Rock. Our boys do soccer, swim classes, tee-ball in the area, but basketball at the Pat the Rock is tops. The freedom to schedule what fits our schedule and the excellent coaches who know how to work with little kids, is exceptional.

Very straight forward process. From an observational standpoint, the private trainer ead very aware from start to finish of the session. Worked on things which i wanted him to target without ever having to mention it. I definitely will be returning for the 12 session package as well as group work
