• I went because I had gift certificate. I hadn't had massage in a few years. I usually do Pilates but have added working out with trainer to get stronger. I will be 70 in a few months. I had a lot of soreness seems everywhere. I had Shannon. She was great! Really a wonderful deep therapeutic massage. It really helped, I will go back next month and will request Shannon! I told everyone I encountered today about it!
