• My massage therapist took the time to listen to my concerns and gave me suggestions to improve my shoulder while she worked on it. She made pleasant conversation which put me at ease then became quiet when I was relaxed. I liked that she guided me to our room instead of telling me which door. The front desk was friendly and helpful although I felt a little detached by looking over the high desk to see who was speaking to me. I did appreciate the whispering in the hallway which set the relaxing mood. The other guest that I met in the waiting area was positive and encouraging about the establishment. I am looking forward to experiencing the many other amenities Pascale Spa has to offer.
