  • Arrived at business opening at 9am for couples massage. Had to fill out paperwork to start session. Massage started at 9:09am and ended at 10:17 paid for 75 min massage. So I was shorted about 10 mins of my massage session. Wish I was informed about paperwork prior to coming in because I could have did that online or be given my allotted time I paid for
