• Jade is awesome, and even with the turnover, the ladies at the front desk are such a great outward-facing team. Desiree, may I offer 2 owner to owner training tips: 1. When phoning for confirmation, etc.: "This is [Name] @ Pascale’s", not this is Pascale’s. 2. When you are at the front and face the awkward moment when you can't remember the customer's name, default immediately to "Would you remind me again of your phone number?" I think the vets know this one, but the rookies could use a reminder. Best. Tom Mc.
