This was only my 2nd blow out, my first with Kate. She was super friendly and prompt. Appointment was not too short but didn't take forever either. Unlike my other blow out, she used a curling iron, so it was much more curly than wavy/fluffy like the last one. Place is decorated very cute. Fair prices too. May be difficult to find, sign says sachi salons, look for the mattress store to pull in. Shes upstairs to the right. I would recommend!

Oh and ps, her products smell AMAZING!

I purchased a Blowout Groupon, tried out this location which is located in the Biltmore area very easy to locate. Both the girls were super friendly, and the service was as expected. I have never done a Blowout before, so should have been a bit more specific on my style. Will go back to try again.

I made a haircut and partial highlight appt a couple of weeks ago and ran late this morning due to some traffic congestion. I attempted to call a couple of times to inform them I was in traffic and 15 minutes behind schedule. Kate text me informing me they were in ste 16 inside Sachi Salon. I texted back stating I was a few minutes late. To my disappointment, she said she had a client booked after me and can not make them wait. In all my years of going to a salon, partial highlights requires more than 15 minutes. How can a new client assume to text because they have no receptionist to answer the phone? Furthermore, any salon who over books their clients in 15 minute increments is not trying to build cliente but just pushing through as if they are a supercuts. I wouldn't rebook or suggest this pretentious place to anyone.

Kinda sad I have to write this review, as I am typically very easy-going and easy to please and I don't like to be negative...but my experience with Kate was that outrageous I feel inclined to share.

I made an appointment after buying a Groupon and unfortunately missed it due to circumstances. I understand their policy, as they marked it redeemed since I didn't give 24hr notificiation. Okay, that's fair, I get it. Kate was nice enough to say she'll still offer Groupon price if I made an appointment, so I did for just a few days later.

No joke...less than 10 minutes before the appointment, she canceled on me. I was already on my way, called off work, had been driving 20 min and was only notified because I text HER first my ETA, to which she responded she couldn't take me anymore because a family emergency. It was EXTREMELY inconvenient for me but I understand things come up, truly.

So I tried to reschedule, text her directly again and again, called the shop but have NEVER heard back. This was all a couple of weeks ago. I thought they would be professional enough to allow me to use the Groupon they redeemed since they were extremely unprofessional to cancel five minutes before appointment but no.... I have yet to hear an apology or anything from these people for that matter.

Take your money somewhere else, they do not know how to run a business and don't give a damn about clientele. The other reviews on here are likely such bullshit, aside from the one affirms they are practically impossible to get ahold of. Thanks for absolutely NOTHIG but wasting my time Kate, you earned this review.

Who's writing these glowing reviews??? These people do not answer their phones, return emails, texts or phone calls. Their website for booking appointments is not even functional so I could not even schedule an appointment on line. I bought a Groupon for services with this company and could never reach them. I contacted Groupon and received a full refund this morning. The representative I spoke with stated I was not the only client calling to complain about not being able to reach them. Beware, this company is shady and has very poor business practices!!

Went back to Kate for a brazillian blowout, after she did such an amazing job on my color. It didn't work. After I wet my hair, it went back to it's crazy, frizzy self. I was SO disappointed! Kate and I had a hiccup in communication and it wasn't able to be resolved right away. But then, she reached out to me with several options for me to choose from in order to make me happy. All of the offers were more than fair and I think that shows a whole lot of integrity and customer service. Come to find out it was probably my wirey hair just being a pain... and not her technique. Thank you so much Kate for all of your help and professionalism!

I purchased a groupon for a Brazilian blowout. I really do love my hair! I have to say I wish it had stretched my curls further. But it added on a good four inches, so I can't complain. I toke my mom here for her birthday, she got a color and cut. Kate did Amazing!!!! I will going back again when it's time for another Brazilian blow out!!

My friend got her hair done by Kate at Park Avenue Salon and it was such a wonderful job I had to leave a review. She did a great job with coloring and color correcting.

Purchased a Groupon for a blowout and style at the salon for my sister's birthday. They did a fantastic job! Very cute location, my sister walked out with her hair half up - fishtail braided on both sides - then on the loose half it was very curly. She was very pleased! Will definitely be returning when we have a classy event to attend!

Got a wash, conditioner, blow dry and my hair look amazing for 3 days. That's unheard of for me. Definitely going back!
