• Always an amazing experience.  My daughter and I both had our hair cut.  We originally had our cuts schedule for Friday, but requested to have them done on a Thursday instead, as we were headed out for a show Thursday evening.  Keith originally said no and I was totally okay with that; however, after we got off the phone he checked with Paul to see if they could fit us in.  This was after I thought all was settled and we were keeping the Friday appontment.  Keith calls me back to tell me that Paul can cut our hair on Thursday.  So - we get to the salon on Thursday and it turns out that Paul literally got off the air train right before our appointment in order to accommodate me and my daughter.  I was so impressed that he was willing to put himself out like that.  AND after that he gave us amazing haircuts.  AND while I was getting my haircut one of the other stylists gave my daughter a mannequin head to practice her own haircutting skills.  She loved the experience and we will be back next time we are in NYC.  If only there was a PANYC and Paul in Boston.  Le Sigh....
