• Superb customer service from beginning to end. Personnel handling text messages/DMs is extremely responsive and communicative. My original appointment was scheduled with Pam but I was notified in advance that she could not tend to me on that given day and I was presented with the option to reschedule or be seen by Tamara. I had a great experience with Tamara. She explained every step of the process (lightening hair) and recommended some products for maintenance at the end of my visit. This is was my first time at PMMP, and I will definitely return!

• Actually, i wonder why i paid $85? The blow dry was only $30 ... i also had a conditioning treatment but i didn't think it would cost $55??
