Loved that there was parking! Danielle is fabulous! She listens and seems to understand what I need, but we will see after a few more days how it went. She, alone, is worth a 10. The -1 is for the rudeness I experienced from another esthetician, who sat at the front desk but kept her eyes in her phone instead of simply smiling or acknowledging me. Kindness is simple and means the world to some people, especially upon an entrance to a new place of business (that is not a freebie. I CHOSE this place and had a Groupon, but did not even ask for the 15% off for teachers out of fear of her wrath. Danielle was the opposite, thankfully.
