Quality of work, ease of getting an appointment, cleanliness. I would say, I still struggle trying to get an appointment on the app. Way too confusing, especially if you want multiple things done ? Unless you can just make a checkbox feature We can check as many boxes as you want all the same time). As a resilt, I like scheduling the old-school way, which is to call and actually talk to somebody.
