• I was treated very kindly even though I was a walk-in (I was lucky since this location is usually booked!) My technician came in right away and was very sweet, and listened to my needs without making a fuss about it (I like my nails cut short and I also don't like to have my cuticles cut.) The receptionist was super helpful in picking out a color, and had a very warm and welcoming disposition.
