The end result of my manicure and the nail tech were wonderful. I arrived 5 mins early but in spite of that there was some confusion amongst staff about which service I had booked and so the appt started a bit late. This was disappointing because it was already a lickety split express service. I also wasn't offered a beverage like I was the last time. Given the late start the service was a little rushed. It did end on time which was great.
