10 was due to the wonderful job done on my mani pedi. Usually my cuticles are so bad I leave bleeding and sore and my feet are sore. I came out unscathed with a beautiful manicure and pedicure. Not only that but she was extremely sweet and professional. I felt like my experience and sanitary guidelines were the primary concern.
