• The staff at the Sarasota location is ALWAYS super friendly and nice to talk to. You feel like you are walking into a room full of your best friends/family. Always a wonderful experience and Andrea is the BEST at doing my nails. I have left 100% happy every time I have her.

• my nail tech Andrea is an absolute wonder. But the salon is looking very dated and shabby. The furniture and equipment is very dated and some things are in need of repair - and have needed repair for some time. It seems like the company is more interested in opening shiny new stores than taking care of their original flagship location in downtown Sarasota. There are new salons opening downtown that are much more modern and luxurious. Paint/Sarasota needs to pay attention!
