• It's always about Elvi. She goes above and beyond to make my experience perfect. And she is an expert at what she does. She dos it with grace and kindness and an understanding that people come here to be pampered, to relax, to be cared for. She's brilliant. Except for one instance I experienced, the front desk people are also very good at what they do and work hard to make the client experience a tranquil one. Feedback: I wish you had more relaxing/chill music. After all, that's why we're there!
