• I love the atmosphere and quality products. The mimosas are an excellent touch. I typically leave happy. I do find my nails don't seem to last as long as CND shellac but the rest outweighs that. Pre-Covid I always have had excellent experiences, but since then have not been as happy and am just trying to continue a few times and see if it was just a fluke. I've had nails come off and told there would be a credit to my account that must have disappeared or expired, had my appointment be confirmed over the phone but not put in the system and come in to discover I didn't have an appointment, or had the wording chosen in my appointment not leave me with the time to do what I wanted despite me having explained it well. I was told what my tech was doing would not be an up-charge but then was charged extra when I checked out. I didn't mind paying because I was happy w them and she did a great job, but it's becoming less of the exciting and pampering spa experience it once was for me. Going to try a few more times before scouting a new place.
