• My service with Madison was a 10, like always. However, I was there with 3 other friends for a girls' day and unfortunately, the technician for one of my friends was not there and was 35 minutes late (Wendy) Not a good first impression for her. The girl at the desk let my friend stand around for 20 minutes until we asked where Wendy was. The girl at the desk then started my friends's nails! Sarah actually called Wendy to try and figure out what was going on. She was more help than the girl at the desk! When we (Cindy Katz and I) asked the girl at the desk what happened as we were checking out, she gave us attitude and her response to us was "Well, you all got to sit together and finished about the same time, so it all worked out". Very disappointing.
