• I came in to have extensions soaked off, but must not have communicated clearly that they were acrylic, not gel. My nail tech, Hailee, was so patient throughout the tedious process, even though it took my nails required significantly longer more time than gel. She never once made me feel bad or rushed and she did a great job trying to protect the integrity of my nails. She also educated me about the gel alternatives at the salon and I booked another appointment before I left! The salon had a relaxed but luxe feel and everyone seemed very friendly.
