• My initial visit to Paint Pittsburgh wasn’t great. My friend and I came for our birthdays and she had an amazing experience but I didn’t! I should’ve spoken up that day but I felt bad. I kept looking at my hands and getting so sad so I reached out and they were so kind and understanding! I was able to come in with a different nail tech and the experience was SO much better!!! I love my nails now and will totally go back because the customer service experience, when I voiced my disappointment, was amazing! I’d recommend Ashley, Haley, and Cameron based on my experiences! Haley did my friend’s nails and killed it, Ashley did my nails, and Cameron did a pedi on another friend of mine! I only get my nails done once a year for my birthday and the 2nd experience left me feeling special. I needed that! Thank you!!
