• I will only go to Paint, because I use Dazzle Dry at home, Paint is just over a mile from my home, and I have had amazing pedicures there. I chose 9, because there seems to be a constant turnover of employees. There are two woman who have consistently made my visits much better, each time: Bea & their most recently hired receptionist/assistant manager (I think), Madeleine (Mandy), & Alexis. I try to be on time, or a bit early for each appointment. If I'm on time, I expect your staff to be on time; I waited 15+ minutes, while the staff assigned to me finished a previous client. Then, she said she needed a potty break. I do understand, but arriving early & waiting 15-25 minutes past my appointment time was frustrating. So far, I just use any female staff, mostly because I have been terrible about remembering names. Yesterday, I made an effort to remember Bea & Alexis, so I can request them for my future visits. Earlier, I mentioned inconsistencies; I am constantly thirsty and love being given water during my visits. I am not always offered something to drink, and on one occasion I was offered but never received the water. I bought my daughter by marriage a $120 coupon for her upcoming birthday; so obviously, I have high hopes of PAINT becoming a consistently professional Nail Bar. I look forward to PAINT's excellence in the future.

• Really lovely pedicure. Loved being in a relaxed environment where materials used were not toxic. The old fashioned places are probably manageable for customers, but so harmful for technicians & other employees
