• 1. Appointments are reserved and im not waiting 2. My appts are hijacked with recommended items to increase sale. 3. Everyone speaks English. Its challenging when there is a language barrier 4. There aren't any side convos going on between staff 5. The chairs 6. No plastic bags around the pedi sink 7. Everyone is kind 8. The prices are affordable 9. The nail techs are TALENTED 10. All products are safe.
