• I always get new employee. Very nice and she tried very hard. Since I had to wait 2 weeks to get in , I thought I had booked with a seasoned tech. Throughout Covid, I was a faithful customer . However , now it is almost impossible to get an appt. Perhaps you could have a different booking for those with frequent flier points ? Thanks for your interest
