• I would have rated it 10 but there were some issues with communication with the location to schedule this appointment. I called & texted for days when my gel was due to be removed but received no response so I had it removed at another salon. When I was finally able to schedule I received confirmation emails with the incorrect times and two calls two days in a row from different salon employees to confirm the appointment and the fact that I didn't need gel removed. This was incredibly frustrating and I decided to cancel my monthly subscription since I had so much difficulty getting the appointment, which was disappointing because the services themselves were excellent
