It is a most welcoming place, clean, lovely, warm. Pearl is key in why PAINT nail bar presents a warm and wonderful place. She remembers people's names but also welcomes people who walk in off the streets.All of the technicians are uber talented and I leave feeling so taken care of. It's my favorite nail studio anywhere I've lived , and I've been to many.
