• i arrived 15 minutes early, and instead of sending me away to wait for my appointment i was welcomed asked if i wanted a beverage and seated at my place. i believe her name is dee, she was awesome! always lets me know what's her next move and i just felt so relaxed and comfortable in the process of it all. it was wonderful!
