I had an appointment and the nail artist had to cancel. Initially, they could not accommodate me but I was traveling and needed my nails done. They worked it out and figured out how to fit me in. Another nail artist stayed later to do my nails:)

The nail technicians do excellent work, it is a beautiful shop and it is relaxing to spend time there, everyone is very kind and welcoming. And there are no drills and safe lighting to dry nails.
