I had a great experience with Tiffany. When she started filing my nail, I felt pain, and she quickly discovered a crack all the way across the middle. Despite the discomfort, Tiffany was extremely cautious and gentle, taking great care to avoid further pain. She explained everything she was doing, why it was necessary, and what to expect during the process. Her thoughtful and professional approach made me feel comfortable, and she also provided clear instructions for the next steps in caring for my nail.
