Zoe was very talented! My manicure looks amazing, like artwork even though I only got an Express manicure. Zoe was the perfect amount of personable. She's great at reading a client. I enjoyed getting to know her professional background in cosmetology! Small talk was effortless. But there were moments when I wanted to relax and sip my champagne, and Zoey just knew when to pause. Seriously the best manicure experience I've had in years! The boutique is beautiful and serene. Likewise Karen was engaging and lovely in getting me checked-in and checked-out. Can't wait to bring my guy back for a Couples pedi. Thanks!

Outstanding nail care and artistry by Karisma. Karen, the store manager, is very knowledgeable and friendly. I feel relaxed and pampered when I leave and love that PNB stockschemical "free" reduced polishes.
