• My score was based on how personable the owner was when I called in and explained to her about all my chemical allergies. She suggested that I come in and do a patch test prior to my appointment. When I arrived she was extremely busy but she still took her time with me going through the ingredients on different products to make sure that we could find a product that was free of things I’m allergic to. She even took the time to call me the next day to see how I was doing. Nicole went above and beyond. That type of customer service was A1 in my book.
