  • I requested the same color for my mani and pedicure; however there was apparently a miscommunication and I have two different colors. Overall the team does a good job. However, I’ve noticed that some massage better than others. Also, for my manicure, the technician broke my thumb nail. She mentioned my mail was broken but failed to apologize and accept responsibility. She tried to make it appear as if it was broken before I came in, not sure how that would have been possible since another technician had done my nails prior to this appointment. Not sure if perhaps she didn’t realize that she actually broke my nail with the mail file by splitting my nail. Later in the conversation, she mentioned I could either have the nail cut or she could wrap it in silk to preserve it until it grew out. I asked if the silk wrap would be an additional charge and she said yes. That’s when I mentioned to her that there should not be a charge to me because she actually broke my nail. She initially stated that she didn’t. So I explained to her how she had broken it which is consistent with above. She seemed to understand and completed the silk wrap of the nail. I thought this was best since cutting it would have been close to the skin. She was nice about it and I had a good experience. The only other thing mention is that my silk wrapped nail is noticeably crooked. If I had noticed it at the salon. I’m sure she would have fixed. She was very nice. I get manicure and pedicure monthly and plan to return.
